Delete your Bells and Moves account

You can permanently close your account from the Bells and Moves app without contacting support.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Bells and Moves and sign in.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm Delete Account.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Use the subject "Bells and Moves account deletion". We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What happens to your data

Deletion removes your sign-in access and direct personal account identifiers, including your email address, name, password credentials, and subscription entitlement from the active account. Your training data is no longer available through the app.

De-identified operational records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or service integrity. Public community content may take time to disappear from cached views. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
