This high-volume session builds full-body muscle by using fundamental human movement patterns: push, pull, hinge, and squat.

Aim to maintain a consistent pace throughout the entire session. Over time, you'll be able to increase the total volume you handle.

Variations of this program also incorporate exercises like push-ups or pull-ups.
