Strength Aerobics

Strength aerobics is a style of training where you perform a small number of strength exercises followed by a short rest period to catch your breath.

In this program you will use a single kettlebell complex consisting of classic kettlebell exercises, such as swing, clean, snatch, press and squat.

You will perform a complex with one hand, then rest for a short period of time and repeat the complex with the other hand. You will repeat this circuit for the duration of the session.
